Our Guarantee
Ray's Western Wear and Saddlery wants to ensure that every one of our customers is completely satisfied, so we always do
our best to meet our customers' needs. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, simply return it, in reasonable
condition, for a credit or exchange. Our hassle-free customer service department promises to always treat you with honesty and fairness.
Methods of Refund
If you make a purchase with:
Credit card: we will refund the same card that was used for the original purchase in the
full amount minus the shipping and handling charges.
Check: we will refund the check sent to us within 10 business days.
Gift Certificate: we will refund you with a gift certificate.
Money Order or Cashier's Check: we will send a refund check to you within 10 business
days.
Returns/Exchanges Directions:
1. All returns should have the following information in the package:
- Name and address in which the original order was placed under.
- Daytime phone number where someone can be reached if there is a question with the return.
- List of item(s) being returned.
- Action to be taken: return or exchange.
- List of Replacement items, including sizes, colors, and/or any other options needed.
2. Please send via UPS, Insured US Mail, or other insured service. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the items. Please send to:

3. Please allow a minimum 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will be seen within two credit card statements and checks will be sent within 10 business days.
4. Ray's Western Wear will not accept any packages that are shipped COD. We will not accept returns of altered or custom merchandise, books, or videos. Ray's Western Wear will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or undergone any form of cleaning process. Please try on all clothing before washing or dry cleaning. Also, boots should be tried on only on carpet, as scuffed soled boots cannot be returned.
5. In most circumstances, our customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility. Exchanged items are shipped back to our customers, standard shipping, free of charge. Exceptions apply; contact a representative for more details.
